افتراضي Africa Why too Many Children are Recruited-2
قديم بتاريخ : 04-12-2017 الساعة : 12:55 PM

Moreover the children are the core objective and value in addition for humanitarian concern not only to be developed, but also to be protected as lifesaving from within all professional organization worldwide all together this why all humanitarian actors have ethical responsibility to mainstream protection of children in overall response and that cannot be carried out strongly ,and independently unless women and most the deprived communities empowerment together with the gender equity as a new era phase in transit, because there are hundreds thousands of female children are facing the recruitment dangerous if not already recruited .
Children are always the most deprived, highly vulnerable and at bottom of extreme every risk exposure, although the children are the heart of any developmental strategic action plan and no progress can be achieved without considering them in the global cooperative well-coordinated efforts such as these represent a chance to raise the protection of children within the overall peace and security agenda and to recognize child soldiering as a unique security concern that demands unique responses..
Child militarization have its socio economic negative impact on the time series of the periodical strategies terms, and the main obstacle for the rapid growth hindrance as well, and to prove such assumption, it happened that during the Afghanistan war and the state collapse period had painted the history of child recruitment with ever dark shade , when hundreds thousands of children had died while fighting in support of various Afghani Factions which followed by the rise of Jehadist waves In the history of Afghanistan, when the internal conflict between anti-Communist Muslim guerrillas and the Afghan communist government ranged and agitated , in which the Afghan Northern Alliance, officially known as the United Islamic Front for the Salvation of Afghanistan , led by young general Ahmad Shah Massoud, and included Abdul Rashid Dostum, Mohammad Mohaqiq, Abdul Qadir, Asif Mohseni and others.
the fact which has been reflected in the gloomy post war period, and not obstructed the modern powerful state establishment by the lack of capable human resources to enable the semi-state moves even slowly on the development hard road of challenges, meanwhile all the Asian tigers and Singapore have rapidly and smoothly grown based on their capable skilled and well-built human resources even the last one of them has overlapped from third world to the first, in a decade or less without crossing the second world class
